Management Structure

Aineías Infra Private Limited is managed by the executive board of the company with the Board of Directors taking the strategic decisions for the company with the aim to comply with investor and company's interest. The Board of Directors is chaired by the directors of the company. The investors enjoy their voting rights in decision making with weights equivalent to their stakes.
